...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EDT FRIDAY...

The Flood Watch continues for

* Northern Delaware, northeastern Maryland, portions of western,
  central, and northern New Jersey, and southeastern Pennsylvania.
  This includes the following areas, in northern Delaware, New
  Castle. In northeast Maryland, Cecil and Kent MD. In New Jersey,
  Camden, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris,
  Northwestern Burlington, Salem, Somerset, and Warren. In
  Pennsylvania, Berks, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern
  Montgomery, Lehigh, Lower Bucks, Northampton, Philadelphia,
  Upper Bucks, Western Chester, and Western Montgomery.

* Until 6 AM EDT Friday

* Rain will continue overnight. Storm total rainfall amounts of
  1.5 to 3 inches are possible.

* Bands of moderate to heavy rain will continue to affect the area
  through this evening before diminishing in intensity early
  Friday morning. Urban, poor drainage, and small stream flooding
  continues to be possible tonight. The threat for river flooding,
  especially in southeastern Pennsylvania increases overnight.

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
