...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHWESTERN CHESTER COUNTY...

At 245 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Homeville, or
13 miles south of New Holland, moving east at 25 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Coatesville, Oxford, Parkesburg, West Grove, Homeville, Mount Vernon,
Cochranville, Atglen, South Coatesville, Avondale, Christiana and
Modena.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
