The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Brandywine Creek at Chadds Ford.
* from this morning to this afternoon...Or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 4:30 AM, the creek level was 6.70 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The creek is expected to rise near 9.2 feet late
  this morning. The creek should fall back below flood stage by
  early afternoon.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, the intersection of Creek Road and
  Route 926 near Pocopson floods, upstream of Chadds Ford.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  9.2 feet on September 28, 2018.
