The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 500 PM EDT Thursday.

* At 500 AM EDT, the rain was coming to an end in the area but
  residual flooding continued. Rainfall totals since late Wednesday
  generally ranged from 1 to 3 inches.

* Flooding was occurring on the East Branch Brandywine Creek, Crum
  Creek and Valley Creek. There was flooding along other small
  streams and creeks. Many roads in the area remained closed due to
  flooding.

* Some locations that are experiencing flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Chester, Phoenixville,
  Coatesville, Yeadon, Westtown, Downingtown, Folcroft, Swarthmore,
  Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle, Oxford, Parkesburg, West
  Grove, East Lansdowne and Elverson.
