The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1130 AM EDT Thursday.

* At 520 AM EDT, the rain was coming to an end in the area but
  residual flooding continued. Rainfall totals since late Wednesday
  generally ranged from 2 to 5 inches.

* Flooding was occurring along small streams and creeks. Many roads
  in the area remained closed due to flooding.

* Some locations that are experiencing flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Leesport,
  Shoemakersville, Bernville, Bechtelsville, Strausstown, New Morgan,
  Spring Ridge, Fairview Hgts, Gilbertsville, Shillington and West
  Reading.
