  Southwestern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 300 AM EDT.

* At 1104 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Norristown, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West
  Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville, Wyomissing, Quakertown,
  Perkasie, Doylestown, Byram, Souderton, Bedminster, Birdsboro,
  Collegeville, Royersford, Flemington and Chalfont.

Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

dangers of flooding.
