The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 855 PM EDT, areas of flooding continue on local creeks and
  streams, including the Little Lehigh near Allentown, in addition
  to roadway flooding in some areas due to up to two inches of
  rainfall from earlier thunderstorms. Additional rainfall will move
  across the area this evening and may exacerbate or lead to
  additonal flooding.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Wyomissing,
  Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown, Nazareth, Bangor, Kutztown,
  Hamburg, Slatington, Fleetwood, Laureldale, Pen Argyl, East
  Greenville and Wind Gap.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
