...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WEST CENTRAL NEW CASTLE AND EAST
CENTRAL CECIL COUNTIES...

At 238 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Bear, or near
Newark. The storm is nearly stationary.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Newark, Elkton, Delaware City, Barksdale, Glasgow, Bear and
Brookside.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 108 and 109.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 0 and 9.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
