...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WEST CENTRAL NEW CASTLE AND
EASTERN CECIL COUNTIES...

At 253 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Elkton. The
storm is nearly stationary.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Newark, Elkton, North East, Brantwood, Cherry Hill, Barksdale,
Cayots, Bay View, Hollywood Beach, Glasgow and Chesapeake City.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 99 and 109.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 0 and 1.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
