The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northeastern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 223 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms located over northern New Castle County, and over
  southern Cecil County and northern Kent County MD. These
  thunderstorms are producing heavy rain, and are moving very
  slowly. This combination of slow movement and heavy rain will
  produce urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Over
  one inch of rain has already fallen in some locations, and more
  rain is expected before the thunderstorms dissipate.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
