The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 645 AM EDT.

* At 240 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen from this
  event, but the ground is saturated from flooding Friday night, so
  it will not take much additional rain to result in more widespread
  flooding.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Pottstown, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Collegeville, Fleetwood,
  Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Trappe, East Greenville, Wernersville,
  Leesport, Schwenksville, Bally, Bechtelsville, Green Lane, Spring
  Ridge, Spring Mount, Fairview Hgts and Gilbertsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
