  Southern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 645 AM EDT.

* At 242 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Trenton, Middletown, Old Bridge, Howell, Marlboro, Manalapan,
  Ewing, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Florence, Burlington,
  Bristol, Matawan, Jamesburg, Hightstown, Bordentown, Cranbury,
  Yardley and Newtown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
