The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Camden County in southern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  Southwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 645 AM EDT.

* At 236 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. A new round of heavy rain has moved into Philadelphia
  and surrounding suburbs. This is resulting in additonal flooding
  on top of what occurred earlier this evening. Rain will continue
  through the overnight, and additional flooding will occur.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Deptford, West
  Deptford, Bellmawr, Yeadon, Woodbury, Palmyra, Folcroft, Paulsboro,
  Magnolia, Westville, Woodbury Heights, National Park, East
  Lansdowne, Brooklawn, Audubon Park and Darby Township.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
