* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northwestern Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Central Camden County in southern New Jersey...
  Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 831 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
  producing very heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches
  of rain have already fallen in portions of the warned area. Flash
  flooding is expected to occur in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Voorhees, Glassboro, Lindenwold, Pitman, Clayton,
  Carneys Point, Berlin, Elsmere, Penns Grove, Woodstown, Woodbury
  Heights, Swedesboro, Chesilhurst, Newport, Arden, Talleyville,
  Greenville, Mullica Hill and Hockessin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
