At 142 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain that
will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one and
one-half inches of rain have already fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Chester, Pennsville, Carneys
Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Chestertown, Penns Grove, Swedesboro,
Delaware City, Newport, Cecilton, Arden, Stanton, Glasgow,
Talleyville and Bohemias Mills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
