* At 136 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain
  across the warned area. Up to five inches of rain have already
  fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Easton, Centerville, Talbot, Smyrna, Denton, Centreville,
  Camden, Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Cheswold, St. Michaels,
  Church Hill, Oxford, Millington, Sudlersville, Bowers, Goldsboro
