  Cape May County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 545 AM EDT.

* At 151 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
  area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding
  is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain. Rain
  rates are exceeding two inches per hour.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Vineland, Atlantic City, Millville, Ocean City, Cape
  May, Cumberland, Barnegat, Pleasantville, Hammonton, Beachwood,
  Somers Point, Ventnor City, Brigantine, Northfield, Absecon,
  Margate City, Buena, Egg Harbor City and North Wildwood.
