...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
515 AM EST FOR MORRIS...SOMERSET...MIDDLESEX AND MONMOUTH COUNTIES...

At 307 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated a brief break in the heavy
rain, but more will enter the advisory area in the next couple of
hours. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the
advisory area.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Long Branch, Morristown, Asbury Park,
Somerville, Somerset, Edison, Middletown, Old Bridge, Howell, East
Brunswick, Bridgewater, South Brunswick, Sayreville, North Brunswick,
Marlboro, Manalapan, Carteret and Dover.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
