The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  East central Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 915 AM EST

* At 322 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  that heavy rain was falling over the area. The gauge at Reaville
  on the Neshanic River was rapidly approaching flood stage.
  Flooding is expected to begin shortly. Roads will be subject to
  closure in vicinity of the river.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Flemington and Cloverhill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
