* Until 630 AM EST

* At 224 AM EST...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Rapid rises
  were occurring on Neshaminy Creek, and locations along the creek
  may require an upgrade to a flood warning.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill,
  Bensalem, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Manalapan, Ewing, Norristown,
  Chester, Willingboro, Deptford, Voorhees, Medford, West Deptford,
  Glassboro, Lindenwold and Phoenixville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
