The Flash Flood Watch for portions of Delaware, northeast
Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania has been cancelled.

Widespread heavy rain continues to taper off, and the threat for
flash flooding has ended. Continue to heed any flood warnings and
road closures that may be in effect.
