The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 542 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen, and around an
  inch or so of additional rain is anticipated.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood,
  Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Wernersville, Leesport,
  Shoemakersville, Bernville, Lyons, Lenhartsville, Spring Ridge,
  Fairview Hgts, Shillington, West Reading, Mount Penn and Mohnton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
