The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  North central Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 528 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area. Radar estimates indicate that 1 to 2 inches of rain has
  already fallen in some areas, with another inch or so of rain
  anticipated.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East, West
  Grove, Charlestown, Cecilton, Homeville, Zion, Blake, Barksdale,
  Cochranville, Brantwood, Fair Hill, Glen Westover, Bay View,
  Lombard and Andora.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
