  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At  8:15 PM Monday the stage was 18.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late Tuesday morning and continue to rise
  to near 19.4 feet by Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet...Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject to flooding and
  closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.4 feet on Jun 6
  2003.
