deeper than you think.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At  7:45 PM Monday the stage was 18.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise back above flood stage by Tuesday morning and continue to rise to
  near 19.3 feet by Wednesday early afternoon. Additional rises are possible
  thereafter.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet...Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject to flooding and
  closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.3 feet on Mar 30
  1994.
