CHESTER AND WESTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 455 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Betterton to Preston Maryland. Movement
was northeast at 40 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Dover, Newark, Middletown, West Chester, Elkton,
Pennsville, Smyrna, Milford, Seaford, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New
Castle, Denton, Laurel, North East, Harrington, Camden, Clayton and
Federalsburg.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
