The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 845 AM EDT

* At 437 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Elkton, Havre De Grace, Centerville, Talbot, Chestertown,
  Denton, Centreville, North East, Federalsburg, Greensboro, Oakland,
  Ridgely, Charlestown, Trappe, St. Michaels, Church Hill, Preston,
  Cecilton and Oxford.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
