* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northeastern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Eastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 930 AM EDT

* At 534 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, West Chester, Elkton, Chester,
  Glassboro, Phoenixville, Pennsville, Coatesville, Westtown, Pitman,
  Clayton, Carneys Point, Downingtown, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Elsmere,
  Paulsboro and Kennett Square.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
