...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM EDT
FOR OCEAN AND EAST CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTIES...

At 417 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Cedar Glen Lakes to near Barnegat to 6 miles
southeast of Tuckerton, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

These severe storms will be near...
  Lakehurst, Surf City, Holiday City-Berkeley, Leisure Village
  West-Pine Lake Park and Holiday City South around 430 AM EDT.
  Toms River, Beachwood, Pleasant Plains and Cedar Glen West around
  435 AM EDT.
  Lakewood, Seaside Heights, Leisure Village, Leisure Village East
  and Dover Beaches South around 440 AM EDT.
  Point Pleasant Beach, Mantoloking, Brick Township and Dover
  Beaches North around 445 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include
Country Lake Estates, Silver Ridge, Point Pleasant, Leisure Knoll,
Crestwood Village, Gilford Park, South Toms River, Bay Head, Holiday
City and Island Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

In addition to damaging winds...frequent cloud to ground lightning
is occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately.
Remember...if you can hear thunder...you are close enough to be
struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
