...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 AM EDT FOR
NORTHERN NEW CASTLE...SOUTHEASTERN CHESTER AND SOUTHWESTERN DELAWARE
COUNTIES...

At 425 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area.  Flash flooding is already occurring.

The warning area has been reduced to where more than 2.5 inches of
rain fell last night. The warning will be extended for this area
through at least sunrise, several minutes after this posts.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Chester, Westtown, Elsmere,
Kennett Square, Newport, Arden, Stanton, Cheyney, North Star,
Talleyville, Elam, Marshallton, Pike Creek, Chelsea, Ashland,
Greenville and Concordville.
