  The White Clay Creek at Newark.
* until this afternoon...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  4:01 AM Monday the stage was 11.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early this morning and continue to rise
  to near 16.1 feet by this morning.the river will fall below flood stage by
  late this morning.
