The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 900 PM EDT

* At 455 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into northern Chester County and upper
  Montgomery County from the west. This will cause minor flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Norristown, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East
  Norriton, Coatesville, Downingtown, Souderton, Collegeville,
  Royersford, Trappe, Hatfield, East Greenville, Honey Brook,
  Schwenksville, Elverson, Green Lane, Pughtown and Spring Mount.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
