COUNTIES...

At 404 PM EDT, Doppler radar continued to show showers and a few
embedded heavy rain showers in the advisory area. Minor flooding is
still a possibility...especially closer to the coast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
