...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHWESTERN ATLANTIC AND
CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakend and moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However
heavy rain and gusty winds remain possible with other storms.
Another severe thunderstorm is in effect for portions of Atlantic
county.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
southern New Jersey.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM EDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL SALEM...SOUTH CENTRAL CAMDEN AND SOUTHEASTERN
GLOUCESTER COUNTIES...

At 407 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Greenwich to near Olivet to Glassboro, moving
southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to
         trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Glassboro, Pitman, Clayton, Alloway, Quinton, Newfield, Elmer,
Franklinville, Sicklerville, Williamstown, Malaga, Monroe Township,
Olivet and Turnersville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows.

Intense thunderstorm lines can produce brief tornadoes and widespread
significant wind damage. Although a tornado is not immediately
likely, it is best to move to an interior room on the lowest floor of
a building. These storms may cause serious injury and significant
property damage.
