The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Southern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 245 PM EDT

* At 1140 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Easton, Talbot, Milford, Denton, Harrington, Federalsburg,
  Bridgeville, Greensboro, Ridgely, Trappe, St. Michaels, Preston,
  Oxford, Ellendale, Bowers, Woodside, Viola, Smithville and Rising
  Sun-Lebanon.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the
advisory area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. A
flash flood warning is in effect just north of the advisory where
higher rainfall amounts are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
