AND SOUTHEASTERN CECIL COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended across the northern portions of the
advisory area, and flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat
in this area. However, a flash flood warning remains in effect over
southern portions of the advisory area including Queenstown,
Centreville, and Wye Mills.
