* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Central Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 245 PM EDT

* At 1042 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the
  areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Centerville, Smyrna, Centreville, Camden, Greensboro,
  Oakland, Ridgely, Cheswold, Goldsboro, Queen Anne, Hartly,
  Grasonville, Starr, Woodland Beach, Copperville, Jumptown,
  Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing and Dover Speedway.

Additional rainfall amounts of two to three inches are possible in
the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
