The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northern Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 100 PM EDT

* At 958 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Vineland, Dover, Millville, Bridgeton, Middletown, Pennsville,
  Smyrna, Salem, Woodstown, Alloway, Camden, Clayton, Quinton,
  Delaware City, Elmer, Cheswold, Greenwich, Shiloh, Hartly and
  Woodland Beach.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
