...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT FOR QUEEN
ANNE'S...KENT AND SOUTHEASTERN CECIL COUNTIES...

At 1001 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Centerville, Chestertown, Centreville, Rock Hall, Church Hill,
Cecilton, Millington, Sudlersville, Betterton, Queen Anne, Warwick,
Old Town, Grasonville, Starr, Bohemias Mills, Jumptown, Newtown,
Morgnec, Crumpton and Sassafras.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
