Correct.  So, perhaps I should be asking two questions then:

One, why is not the April 25, 2009 version posted since it is the most
current?

Two, why is the document even posted when we did not vote to approve it's
posting?

The current revision has a date of 4/25/2009 and does not include  
specific equipment items in Appendix B.
