[MRIC] MT63 and D-STAR Presentations

Brett,

I can talk about it with regards to how the data side has been used  
for the Marine Corps Marathon and that can be used on a statewide  
basis.  I will see if I have any visuals, but most of it would be  
talking points with no documentation.
