[MRIC] MT63 and D-STAR Presentations

I talked to Joe Krystoforski (BACO)  yesterday and he said he may have 
another commitment and may not be able to  attend the MRIC meeting Saturday. So if 
anyone knows of someone that can give us  a technical presentation on how we 
might use MT63 or D-STAR technologies for a  state-wide RACES net on such short 
notice, please let me know. Thank  you.
