Officers. The  changes I made are noted at the top. Please review the list to 
make sure your  contact info is up to date.

Also, note that I have added Bill Tucker  (ALLE RO), James Bruce (CARO RO) 
and Charles Hodell (QANN RO) to the MRIC email  reflector today.
