[MRCG] Variable Frequency Motor Drive for 400Hz/800Hz Radio Power?

I've heard of hams modifying Uninterruptable Power supplies to output 400
vs. 60hz, but never VFD's.
Working around a lot of aviation electronics (not by choice! 🙄) There are
many commercial, high-current 110V 60hz to 400hz converter's. Some
judicious scrounging around anywhere that decommissions old test equipment
may turn up one. Go with a strong back, these things are high in iron!
