     Sometimes it depends on who you talk to. Some of the 
counter people belong in a nut-hatch.  The boss can be 
helpful.  I check out Apex every once in a while because it 
is one of the very few old fashioned surplus places left but 
its not what it was and was never my favorite.  They have 
done quite a bit recently to get it into some sort of order.
