[MRCA] Harris Hawk RF-3201

I’m hoping to find a PDF operators manual for this radio. I’ve already
stumped the “Oddball SSB Radios” group.

Also trying to positively identify the cannon connector needed to power it,
included is what’s suspected to be it.

This and any other info will be appreciated!
