Once again 7296 was an issue due to AM QSO on 7295 with the troll making their usual appearance, 7280 had problems being there was a LSB QSO on 7282 so I went to sixty on 5403.5 did talk to Tony, N3KCB, KB4HG who was there but week, Ron K3TZJ, WA3YRE and always dependable on sixty N2MS.
Ron and Tony had the strongest signals on my end.
Did hear KW1I but for some reason think he QSY away? Tony and I went looking on a couple other channels but did not hear anything. So, we went back to 5403.5 and operated from there.
Don't know why we did not hear WF2U.
Will try M&S Net at noon and see how that goes.

I'm on 5403.5 now after moving from 7296. I hear Ray mostly under the S5 noise level, occasionally popping up to S7, and Rhett KB4HG at 58. Others are at or below noise level, but no copy. Tried to call several times and no reply, not even from Rhett.
10:28 - I'll be giving up in a few minutes if no luck...

Ok, thought I would never say it but if forty is all screwed up again with AM Gas bags and Parks on the Air let's try sixty meters. I am told 5357 is now QRP so it has been proposed that we use 5403.5 I just put it in on the Harris and will be ready to go. Please forgive me if you wanted to run a PRC-74 or 47 but will be willing to help anyone who has one modify it to accommodate the new split.
