[MRCA] ART13 bypassing autotune circuit

Jeep. As were infinity Fs were 3 ohms. looks like I need a motor.  I put it on the bench hooked up the Dina motor to it turned on 24 V heard a relay click but that was all I opened up S1 11 contact which is the rear switch driven by the autotune to the Home position. Nothing happened I wonder if the motor has to be in the circuit to allow the 24 v relay in the dynamotor  to close And energize the filaments?  Or is there something else not working
