Jeep. As were infinity Fs were 3 ohms. looks like I need a motor.  I put it on the bench hooked up the Dina motor to it turned on 24 V heard a relay click but that was all I opened up S1 11 contact which is the rear switch driven by the autotune to the Home position. Nothing happened I wonder if the motor has to be in the circuit to allow the 24 v relay in the dynamotor  to close And energize the filaments?  Or is there something else not working

Got a spare motor out.  Resistance from A1 to A2 is 190 ohms. F1 to F2 is 190 ohms. Curiously, A1 or A2 to ground (frame) is about 200K.  Perhaps an internal cap?  Will need to look at motor schematic. Worst case current draw would be in the order of 2A at 28V with a modicum of operational drag.

folks. another ART13 Ive been working on has a bad autotune motor . Drawing about 15 amps, no filaments lit and some smoke coming from the motor. I killed the power right away. Has anyone bypassed the autotune circuit to make the set work without needing the autotune circuitry?  thanks Jeff N2IA
