[MRCA] ART13 bypassing autotune circuit

> Got a spare motor out.  Resistance from A1 to A2 is 190 ohms. F1 to F2 is 190 ohms. Curiously, A1 or A2 to ground (frame) is about 200K.  Perhaps an internal cap?  Will need to look at motor schematic. Worst case current draw would be in the order of 2A at 28V with a modicum of operational drag.
